We will document what we find on your roof with photos and a written report. In that report, we will certify your roof, list necessary repairs or recommend replacement.
If we do recommend replacement of your roof, we will draw up a quote, including the cost of all labor and materials. Occasionally, we will present you with estimates for both repair and replacement. More often, we suggest one or the other.
Now it’s time to submit a claim to your insurance company. An insurance adjuster will inspect your building’s roof, and one of our roofing specialists will be onsite to point out damage and/or deterioration. We will submit all paperwork, including the estimate, to your insurance company and support you in the claims process.
After the insurance company agrees to pay the roof replacement claim, we will order materials and have them delivered to your site.
